Fleet and Facilities

Formerly a part of Public Works, the Seminole County Fleet and Facilities Department provides vital services to the County’s infrastructure. With a commitment to efficiency, safety, and sustainability, the Department ensures the operational readiness of County vehicles and the functionality of public facilities.

The Fleet team ensures all County employees have reliable access to the vehicles and equipment that they require for their operational needs, and to ensure that these items are purchased, operated, and maintained in a safe and cost-effective manner. They operate three service locations and fueling stations throughout the County.

Facilities Development and Maintenance teams provide a full range of facility management services in County-owned and leased properties, including maintenance, repair, capital renewal, utilities, security services, space planning, interior design, renovations, energy conservation, and custodial services.
