SEMINOLE COUNTY EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY

Seminole County Expressway Authority SCEA has several important roles in the transportation and planning areas: tracking the planning process for future toll roads located in Seminole County; influencing the decision making processes of all entities dealing with toll road facilities in the county, and protecting the interests of the citizens of Seminole County in these areas. The SCEA will play a vital part in the location and possible implementation of the extension of the Western Beltway (Wekiva Parkway) to SR417/Greeneway.

Florida Turnpike Enterprise assumed responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Expressway and for toll collection activities. Thus, the Turnpike Enterprise retains all rights, title, revenues, liabilities andresponsibilities that may be associated with the Expressway segments that are within Seminole County's boundaries.
E-Pass Information Where can I get information about E-Pass?
There are two E-PASS Service Centers. The West Orlando Service Center is located in the Good Homes Shopping Center at 8919 West Colonial Drive, Ocoee, FL. The East Orlando Service Center is located in the Rio Pinar Plaza at 762 South Goldenrod Road.
