A Florida-Friendly Landscape is a quality landscape that is designed, installed and maintained according to the nine Florida-Friendly Landscaping Principles.  It means using low-maintenance plants and environmentally sustainable practices.

The Florida Yards & Neighborhoods (FYN) Homeowner program educates homeowners about how to design, install, and maintain healthy landscapes that use a minimum of water, fertilizer, and pesticides. The result? Low-cost, low-maintenance, attractive landscapes that add value to your community and reduce the chance of polluting the water supply. Watch this short video to learn more.

Growing For Pollinators

Grow your garden to its fullest potential when you grow for pollinators. Pollinators are special garden helpers, or insects, that help spread pollen from different plants and flowers to help them fertilize. Learn more about pollinators and their host plants by reviewing our brochure.
