Seminole County Purchasing & Contracts Moves to a New Location

Sanford, Fla., June 12, 2009-The Seminole County Purchasing & Contracts Division will begin moving from its current location at the County Services Building, 1101 E. First Street in Sanford, on Monday, June 15. Effective Wednesday, June 17, 2009, Purchasing & Contracts will be located in Room 222 of the Administrative Services Building at 200 W. County Home Road in Sanford, just off U.S. Highway 17-92 near Flea World. All bid openings and proposal closings will be located at the new office starting on June 17. The office hours remain 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the transition, vendors can still visit the Purchasing & Contract Division's Web site, www.seminolecountyfl.gov/as/purchasing/index.asp, to register with the County, find out what projects are up for bid and much more.
