Prescribed Burn Planned at the Econ River Wilderness Area This Thursday

Sanford, Fla., June 17, 2009-Weather permitting, the Seminole County Natural Lands Program is planning a six acre burn at the Econ River Wilderness Area on Thursday, June 18 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. for ecological purposes. The property will be closed on Thursday, June 18 and will reopen on Friday, June 19. If you have any questions, please contact Sherry Williams at 321-363-7977.
