Seminole County Budget and Stormwater Utility Ordinance Public Hearings Reminder

Sanford, Fla., Sept. 8, 2009-The public hearings for the Stormwater Utility Ordinance and the Board of County Commissioners' initial approval of the Fiscal Year(FY) 2009/10 Budget will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, September 9, in the Board Chambers at 1101 E. 1st Street in Sanford. The Stormwater Utility Ordinance Hearing will be held at 6 p.m., and a final decision will be made. At 7 p.m. the first Public Hearing for the Budget and Millage Levy will be held, and a tentative budget will be adopted. A second Public Hearing for the final adoption of the County’s FY 09/10 budget will take place Sept. 22 at 7 p.m.
