Right-of-Way Use Approval Procedure

Below is a list of the items requested for a sufficient application for a ROW Utilization Permit Review:

• 1 Application for ROW Plans Review
• $1000 Site Plan Review Fee (Resolution No. 2003-R-210)
• 7 Sets of Plans
• 2 Copies of traffic study (if applicable)
• 2 Copies of Drainage Calculations (if applicable)
• 1 Summary Letter for project
• 1 Concurrency Application & Fee

Submittals will be reviewed and initial comment or approval shall be sent by mail to the applicant within two (2) weeks of receipt of plans from the permit coordinator for review at Development Review.
