ADMINISTRATION
The Administration Division is responsible for support of the department’s fiscal operations, human resources, customer service, and geographical information & mapping functions.
The division provides leadership and support systems that enable the department to deliver infrastructure services which add value to the community.
The division is organized into three
main functions which encompass a wide range of activities that provide support to the management and operating activities of the Department. These three functional areas involve
Fiscal/Personnel Systems and Data Processes, Capital Program Coordination, and Infrastructure Systems. The division also coordinates the activities of the Seminole County Expressway Authority (SCEA), including participation in the Wekiva River Basin Commission and Metro Plan Orlando.
