The 2008 Travel Time and Delay Study was performed by GMB Engineers & Planners Inc. during the period of January 15, 2008 to May 20, 2008.

The Travel Time and Delay study is used to monitor the level of service for roadways in the County. The level of service is rated from A to F, with A being the best and F being the worst. The study is used by County staff to identify potential roadway improvement projects and to compare before and after conditions once a roadway improvement has been completed.
