Lift Station Start Up Request

Lift Station start up REQUIRES a minimum of five (5) business days advanced notice. Lift Station start ups can only be scheduled Monday through Thursday and between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. No start ups will be done on Fridays.

Note: The contractor must include the Modem MEID and Modem ESN on this form to be programmed.


Inspection Date Requested

Contractor's Responsibilities
  1. All electrical inspections must be completed and power meter set.
  2. Driveway and station pad must be installed per Seminole County details.
  3. Pumps must be installed and wired to the control panel.
  4. Float balls and Transducer must be installed and wired in.
  5. Laminated schematics and pump manuals must be located in panel.
  6. All spare parts must be delivered to Seminole County personnel on day of start up.
