How to Get It

Access our web site using your smart phone and select 'Contact Us'. The mobile site will direct you to the mobile version with links to download the app from your mobile app store. 

How to Use It

Submit a Mobile App Request

  1. Download Seminole 311 from the Android Google Play or Apple App Store.
  2. Select the Submit Request button
    1. Apple users can also press the + button from the bottom tray.
    2. Android users can also access the Submit New Button from the drawer
  3. Choose your Request Type from the list.
  4. Enter the Location of your request, then tap “Next”
    1. If GPS is enabled, it will pick up your current location.
    2. If the location is inaccurate, or if you need to report something from another location, move the pin or type in the address.
  5. Enter the Request Description and other fields as applicable.
  6. Attach an optional photo.
  7. Determine if your request should be Public (visible to all Seminole 311 users) or Private (visible only to you and County staff).
  8. Press Submit.

If you’re a first time user, register your account. Once your request has been submitted, an email will be sent with tracking information. You can check the status of your request by logging in.
