The Urban Horticulture program promotes environmentally sound horticulture practices to manage plants in the landscape, gardens, or home. The adoption of environmentally sound landscape management practices will reduce fertilizer, water, and pesticide use, consequently reducing costs, and labor, while protecting the environment.
