SANLANDO LOOP: Construction of the new Sanlando Park Loop Trail will begin on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 for approximately 3 weeks.

The new paved trail will take walkers and joggers through the shaded areas between Sanlando Park and the Seminole County Softball Complex. Trail users can enjoy the scenic loop between the parks rather than the out-and-back option on the nearby Seminole Wekiva Trail.

This project was funded by the One Cent Infrastructure Sales Tax, or Penny Sales Tax. The Penny Sales Tax is levied on the sale of consumer goods to visitors, residents, and businesses, helping to fund local projects like park enhancements, stormwater improvements, and new sidewalks and roadways.
