PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER ADVISORY
"Seminole County Southeast Service Area-Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant – PWS # 3590571"
A precautionary boil water advisory was issued Friday, November 22, 2024 @ 11:00 a.m. due to a 6” water main break. The water main was repaired, the system was flushed, and we have commenced taking bacteriological samples as a precautionary measure (55 service connections were affected).

“Precautionary Boil Water Advisory" tags were hung on the resident’s doors to inform the customers of this situation and to provide contact information. Therefore, as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This "Precautionary Boil Water Notice" will remain in effect until the bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.
